NC Spotting Drills are used to provide a starting hole for a drill bit. Short Flute length and overall length increases the rigidity and strength. These are used to produce a countersink of 90⁰ and center in one operation.

This can be provided with or without coating. Spotting Drill is only suitable for shallow depth drilling and can be used at higher speeds and feeds for accurate spotting for CNC Machines.
